A rare character building in Edmonton, the Parkview is a City and Provincial Historical Heritage building. It was built in 1913 by Richard E. Foote, who later became a City of Edmonton alderman. Facing the dome of the Legislature, the Parkview retains much of its original character with 10 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors.
