1 room and 1 bathroom only shared with 1 person for rent. Just to clarify, both rooms will be for you the tenant. Utilities/Parking spot/Storage space/Wifi are all included. Basement space, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces with me. I will be living in the master bedroom which has a bathroom of its own, so you will have your share bathroom with only one other person. Room is completely empty for your personal setup, but I can easily bring the double sized mattress and a desk to you.
